Please cancel within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment to avoid any fees. If the appointment is booked online orignally changes can be made through your booking link.

In the event of a no Show, where no contact has been made at all with the salon to notify us that you can't attend your appointment a 50% cancellation fee will occur.
